Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade in a USDA inspected facility in Palm Beach, FL.
How do I check my order status?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days and you will receive an order confirmation with tracking information by email when your order ships. If you didn't receive an email, please contact us for assistance here.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
We want you to love everything you ordered. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns for products that are not new, fresh, an unopened. If your items were damaged or lost in shipment, please review our return policy and contact us so that we can make things right.
Where do I see the ingredients?
Each product contains a nutrition facts label on the product packaging, as well as an image of the label on the product page. If you have questions about a specific product, its ingredients, or possible allergy warnings, please contact us here.
Can you make a custom item for me?
Yes! We specialize in custom and corporate gifting. We can create any custom chocolate or dessert product, including custom branding, packaging and more. Please contact us to discuss your project requirements.
